Our Manufacturing Network
Throughout the years we have built a reliable manufacturing network made up of factories we own or have exclusive contracts with. We have also sustained special relationships with raw material suppliers. These relationships are the fabric of our business model.
Our presence in Paris allows us to have a central position between our clients, our manufacturing facilities and our suppliers. The textile chain being so diverse and global, proximity is key for us to be able to fluidify exchanges.
We consider it is our role to simplify all the steps that lead to garments being in your stores, and our responsibility to remain transparent.
This is why we invest in our network and always ensure the least amount of intermediaries when buying materials or assembling garments.
Factories
All the factories we produce in have in-house cutting, assembly, ironing and finishing facilities. This means none of the garment manufacturing operations are subcontracted. This allows us to provide our clients with a complete offer, and put at their disposal several production sites depending on the target price constraints.
ROMANIA
We will always do our best to offer our clients manufacturing made in the European union, in our main CONTED facility in Romania, where we are able to guarantee luxury quality standard.
Product types: suits, half-canvas tailoring, full canvas, classic trousers, overcoats, blousons, waistcoats, designer jackets, shirt jackets, over-shirts, washed pieces, kids wear.
PORTUGAL
Our productions in Portugal are better suited for MOQs below 200 pieces. Assembling garments in Portugal can often be an interesting option for brands who source their fabrics within Portugal as well.
Product types: Made-to-measure, suits, half-canvas, formal jackets, formal trousers, formal coats, casual coats.
BULGARIA
Our network in Bulgaria allows us to propose competitive prices while still providing garments with Made in EU labels.
With ease of export and import between Bulgaria and Romania, we often propose to our clients to outsource in Bulgaria part of a production program orginally planned in Romania, in order to increase selling margin on a specific product.
TURKEY
We offer Turkish productions to many of our clients looking to reach a target price and production quantities closer to mass market requirements, while still benefiting from premium quality.
Product type: Tailoring, trousers, shorts, outwear jackets, bombers, kids wear.
CHINA
Our Chinese production unit is reserved for orders reaching 1000pcs MOQ. We are implemented in china for more than 30 years now. With our expertise we make sure we are able to propose a competitive price without compromising on quality.
Product types: Suits, coats, jackets, parkas, handmade style pieces, trousers, casual wear, uniforms.
Raw Materials
We have a wide range of raw material offers that we propose to all brands we work with. Those raw materials are either in stock with us, available in stock with our suppliers, or possible to develop on demand. We source fabrics, linings, buttons, canvas, zippers, badges and accessories of all kinds.
Luxury Fabrics
We benefit from long standing partnerships with reknowned suppliers from which we buy high-end wool, cashmere or silk blends all year round to serve our luxury clients.
Premium Fabrics
We also propose a wide offer of premium fabrics made in Italy, Portugal or Turkey. These include pure wool, wool blends, cottons, polyester blends.
Buttons and Accessories
We work with buttons and accessories suppliers globally, helping brands find the zipper, button or detail that will give an edge to their product.
Linings
We have long standing partners when it comes to linings. We buy thousands of meters a year for sleeve, body, trouser and under-collar linings.
Internal Construction
The quality of canvas and interlining has significant impact on the end result when it comes to garment production. We give great care to the invisible materials we use to make your products, with the help of our longstanding partner Lanière de Picardie.
